The years go by so fast...

I met an old colleague from work for lunch today, it's around 18 years since we last met. It was wonderful to catch up on all that I've missed. We went here (pic below) Tortworth Court- it was rather nice!

I fancied a detox from the juicer! Beetroot, apple and ginger ( also should have had celery but I forgot that bit!) it is such an amazing colour and taste, I'd recommend it!
