Saw both parents today. Mum am. - very self absorbed then my dad pm. remarkably normal- really miss not seeing him more. It's his 83rd birthday on Wednesday- happy birthday dad X

Then good to see my counselling mates tonight - numbers low due to lurgies various but still nice to be in touch
